MUSIC REVIEW: LADY GAGA YOU AND I MUSIC VIDEO

I think to make sense of this video you need to be a GaGa fan, like moi and understand her, at first I found it a little confusing and weird but once you watch it over and think about what each scene (as there is so many) means it makes sense and doesn't seem so blah. here it what I gathered about the video.
The ice cream truck says Follow the crowd.The doll and the ice cream represent perfection.She doesn't want to follow the crowd and be normal.She just wants to be herself.Gaga doesn't try to be perfect.She presents herself in a way that she thinks is beautiful,unique,or interesting.To her, perfection is disturbing.So she views the truck guy as creepy.The doll and the ice cream also remind GaGa of her childhood, when she went through the torment of being bullied for being different.

The shirtless man tries to make Gaga a human.He tries to change her.This is symbolic of society and how people want her to be normal.At the end he realizes that she can only be happy as herself (a mermaid).The other part of the video shows Gaga as a man. She's making out with herself because you have to love yourself before others can love you.The Gaga wearing black is imagining all this happening as she walks back to Nebraska to be with the guy who loves her for who she is.
